Very professional and impressive officePrevisit with nurses is excellentDoctors (2 visits) were excellent.If I could make one suggestion... while sitting in the lobby yesterday (Monday) at 10. I was surprised by a couple of private conversations and opinions that patients should not hear. Perhaps, a partition would be private. The receptionist was talking about how the patient who called was so stuffy. Other conversations were petty. I wished not to hear catty conversations while in a very professional environment.
I am very pleased with the results of my cataract removal and lens replacement surgery.
This is a great medical practice: professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and well run.
I called with what I thought was a problem with my glasses/prescription. After a Very thorough exam- the real problem was thankfully discovered. Dry eye and cataract. All the staff I encountered took their time and were very thorough and nice. Dr. Matossian is extremely knowledgeable and detailed.
I felt that the appointment was timely and all the staff that I have met have been very kind, polite, and informative. Dr. Matossian and Dr. Disanti were wonderful and answered all my questions.
I have suffered from dry eyes for many years. I had constant burning and itching in my eyes that I dealt with every day. Then I read online about a treatment that might help called IPL. I came to see Dr. Matossian to get this treatment. It has been life changing for me. Most days I don't experience any burning or irritation. Relief at last.Also, I can't say enough about Dr. Matossian. She is so thorough and explains everything in detail which means so much.
Dr. Matossian is an extremely competent practitioner who presents herself in a knowledgeable, personable and extremely resourceful manner. I have been a patient for over 20 years and always look forward to my annual examination where she updates me on my eye condition and provides constructive assistance for maintaining good eye health. I highly recommend her and her staff to prospective patients.
I have been Dr. Matossian so patient for over 20 years. I think she is an excellent Doctor. She is extremely thorough. She pays close attention to her patients is absolutely up to date on the newest information and treatments. Dr. Matossian always answers all of my questions and takes as much time as I need with her.
The service was 100% great. I would recommend the practice to anyone.
