Almost near impossible to get an appointment after being discharged from ER ( they advised me to see my primary treating physician in the next 3 days for follow up). As a new patient, I called Dr. Willard's office, and they gave me an appointment for a little over than a month. They claimed to have many patients, and unavailable to see any patients sooner. I don't understand if they a fully booked, why they are still taking new patients in. It just so hard on the patients, if the doctors office are severely understaffed.
