We made an appointment with Dr Alley last summer after we noticed our 4-year had developed an occasional eye turn. When we had an initial appointment, Dr Alley recommended an MRI to rule out serious conditions that may have caused the eyes to turn and then said follow up visits we could explore treatment and possible causes. We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.
Dr Alley, is an outstanding Opthamalic Physician, I love her ♥, she FIXED MY EYES , when NO other Dr would touch my eyes for years, as thy complained that I was a diabetic, so I suffered for years. But Dr. Alley assured me should could and would FIX IT, and that she did. I'm truly grateful and appreciative to her. And I recommend her so much to anyone that has issues with there EYES .
