Dr. Alley is wonderful! She is kind, experienced, and successfully corrected by double vision! I am so grateful!
We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.
I rarely said bad things against others, but I want to share my bad experience and hopefully this will help others in the future. Last month I brought my son to check his vision at Dr Alley's office. My son's eyes were sensitive and the nurse was not patient at all. The prescription was way far off, and my son felt not comfortable with his new glasses.
