Super rude staff, not good for kids.
We made an appointment with Dr Alley last summer after we noticed our 4-year had developed an occasional eye turn. When we had an initial appointment, Dr Alley recommended an MRI to rule out serious conditions that may have caused the eyes to turn and then said follow up visits we could explore treatment and possible causes. For the next eight months, Dr Alley simply retested my son and tried no treatment. She incorrectly diagnosed him as having non-accommodative estropia. Dr. Alley is wonderful! She is kind, experienced, and successfully corrected by double vision! I am so grateful!
We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.
