Cynthia is the best! Prior to listing our home, she helped us prioritize what needed to be updated/refreshed prior to listing as well as what things we didn't need to worry about. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dependable and a great communicator. We listed our home over the holidays and came across a few obstacles. Now let me start this off by saying that i may be a bit biased since she's been a family friend of ours for a long time. However she is great to work with very easy to get along with. When i was working on buying my first house she was there for the entire process and helped me out in many ways. Not only with listing and paperwork but also just explaining the whole process that was easy to understand for someone who had no experience with this before. All in all i highly recommend her as a realtor.
This past month I had a closing for a first-time homebuyer with Cynthia (I was the loan officer) and we had the best time working together! Cynthia was so easy to communicate with, always had our client's best interests in mind, and went above and BEYOND to make sure every party in the transaction was happy. Cynthia is a great listener and takes the time to be present with her clients and business partners. She is extremely professional, and I look forward to the next opportunity to work with her in the future!
