Cynthia has an uncommon level of dedication to her clients, and I would give her 15 stars if I could. She represented us for buying our new home and selling our existing home, and she did both jobs with amazing attention to detail, highly personalized attention, and a super attitude. She's quick and thorough on follow up and never treats any question as silly or wrong. She also knows the market and knows how to counsel you through the negotiation with realistic but high standards for making the best deal.
Cynthia was wonderful to work with in selling my elderly aunt's house in the Burncoat area of Worcester. It was a long-distance sale for me as the family representative since I live out of state. But Cynthia made it extremely smooth, never hesitating to go above and beyond in getting the house ready and assisting with contractors.
