I’m 83. I’ve only had to see her twice for my annual well woman checkups and once for an injured foot. The office failed to send X-rays to referred podiatrist, neccessitating more X-rays. I tried to schedule my next annual one and was told it couldn’t be until June (8 months from now!) yet she is accepting new patients! I’m a breast cancer survivor so need annual follow ups.
I had an appointment with Cynthia Smith as a new PCP. I'm above middle-aged and have seen many physicians - she is by far the worst. Extremely poor personality and unknowledgeable about even basic medical practice. It was a complete waste of my time and I was left with the impression she was judging me based on some sort of bigotry.
