I went in there with severe pain in the anus, and I did not know what it was from. She ended up asking for a colonoscopy, and I was still in severe pain after that, her office basically ignored me for almost an entire month and a half and just let me keep calling almost every single week and just treated me like a new patient almost every time. Why is your staff so unprofessional, unorganized, and not giving patients instructions on a timely manner ? Not sure if the Dr is aware . My father in law wasted time here since Aug-Oct 2024 and would always get late instructions for his treatment. You are playing with patients lives not ok
