We had a great experience with Cindy! She went above and beyond to help us sell our house after we moved out of state. Whenever unexpected issues arose that we couldn’t deal with in person due to living across the country, Cindy was always able to go to the house and help us immediately. She was communicative and very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend her!

Cindy did a wonderful job helping us prepare to sell our parent’s home! She met our elderly parents at an apartment complex to help them navigate a tour, when we were unable to get there. Cindy suggested an estate sale when we were overwhelmed and connected us with people to help, as well as an excellent clean out crew! We ended up selling the house quickly for over asking! Cindy was great. She was easy to get in contact with and was knowledgeable about the area and who I needed to contact to purchase my lot. She even called up the telephone company to get an old service box for a land line on my future property fixed. Even though it was more of a cosmetic issue she cared enough to take care of it without me even needing to ask. I will definitely use her again.

Cindy was amazing to work with! She was able to let me see the houses quickly which really helped in this market. She was honest and expressed her concerns and praises on each house. As a first time home buyer Cindy was what I needed to get me from start to finish. She even made sure closing day went as smooth as possible with a not so ideal situation that was out of our hands.
