Extremely disappointed in the service that my partner and I have received from Cynthia. We purchased an engagement ring back at the beginning of February and it needed to be resized. Unfortunately over the last few months, Cynthia has been either unresponsive or would make excuses whenever my partner would follow up with her about the status of the ring. Purchased an amazing Gold, and Opal ring from Cynthia. The experience of excellent and she made me feel like I did it in person even though it was across the country. As well the ring was evaluated professionally where I live at nearly double what it cost. My lady was the one that picked it out but the whole experience had as both very happy.
I really had a great experience with Pierre, Patricia and Wasen. I will highly recommend to all my friends.
