Cynthia is an amazing Woman to work with no matter what question we had big or small day or night she was on it! She will work hard for you I really believe it’s not just a job to her she really genuinely cares about her clients, and you just cant find that to often Anymore! Cynthia was awesome. She helped us find a place out in the country and then manage the sale of our current home achieving a quick sale above asking price. She is awesome at negotiation and has great people skills. I would highly recommend her.

Cynthia went above and beyond helping me get my home. There was allot I'd unexpected delays and headaches but she was able to keep everything moving forward. In the end I got the home and I'm very happy. Would recommend to anyone.

Cynthia figured out exactly what we were looking for in a house and what we could afford! If you have any questions, she is happy and ready to answer! Her knowledge of real estate is spot on and helps you get what you want FAST! We tried looking on our own and quickly became overwhelemed. We bid on a house and were decline. Cynthia helped us through every step. We sold our house in less than a week at a the price we wanted. Cynthia helped with the negotiation, showing schedules, and the closing. Then she went even further helping us find a rental to stay in while our next home is being built. And that new home... She helped us find and negotiate that one too.
