Their staff is very feiendly. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This business is in a safe area. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This practise is run professionally, from the waiting room to the follow-up. Both Dr Noel and Dr Bergmann are doctors with personalities as well as being very up-to-date and informed about the full range of treatment and approaches to any gynecological situation. I respect that they both treat me as the client and a smart, informed, health person who is worthy of partnering with. I trust this group to have my best interests in mind, and treat me as an individual.
It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.
