Incredible units for the four years I lived at 9 Knapp —both 2bed and 1bed. The building was always clean and I never saw rodents in any of the common areas or my units. The landlord and staff are also very kind and professional and have impeccable response time. I’m really happy to have stayed there for the 4 years!
I rented for just about a year by Allston. My apartment was clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Management was fantastic and very responsive. I would rent with them again.
Found renting there to be safe, convenient, and remarkably inexpensive for the area. Also, our manager Henry was extremely responsive and frequently went out of their way to solve any issues we encountered.

One of the best managements in Boston if you are willing to lease under. Right from the Day 1 the staff was quite supportive and responsive. I leased a Unit in one of their properties at Brighton, (15 Leicester) and I do not have any complaints regarding anything whether it is related to maintenance of the property (they were just a call away), security, etc. I would have never ended a lease if I had not to move out of Boston.
