Really quick replies and great company
Incredible units for the four years I lived at 9 Knapp —both 2bed and 1bed. The building was always clean and I never saw rodents in any of the common areas or my units. The landlord and staff are also very kind and professional and have impeccable response time. I’m really happy to have stayed there for the 4 years!
I rented for just about a year by Allston. My apartment was clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Management was fantastic and very responsive. I would rent with them again.
Found renting there to be safe, convenient, and remarkably inexpensive for the area. Also, our manager Henry was extremely responsive and frequently went out of their way to solve any issues we encountered.
