Cyndi's groomed my 2 longhaired dachshunds and they did a fantastic job! I dropped them off and they called me when they were finished.

Ok, So I am floored by the "bad" experiences. My dogs have been to Cyndi's numerous times. Super Nice staff- they really care about the pets and I think they do an excellent job. Very welcoming and very clean! I am at peace knowing my baby is there during the day while I work. They do an excellent job on grooming as well and the prices are sooo affordable!☺

We decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt after reading mixed reviews. Our usual boarder was booked for the weekend and we needed their service so we chose Cyndi's. When we dropped our pups off we told them we would also like to have them groomed. When we picked them up, not only were they NOT groomed but they smelled like urine (and so did their beds and toys we sent with them)! Do NOT board your pet at this place. They may groom "cutesie" dogs coats nicely, but my dog was returned to me after 4 days in poor health. They did not give her the food I provided. She came home much skinnier, pooping blood, and speaking to a manager about the issue was damn near impossible. They pass the buck and all except one of the girls working there have terribly rude attitudes. I will NOT be going back.

As a previous employee, friend, and customer I would say, OK she is not a people person and she knows that and that is why Cyndi is a wizard with ALL animals. Also, I have never seen a more honest person when it comes to the reality of dealing with issues that may arise. As we have all had accidents in the kitchen when preparing a 30 minute dinner, accidents do happen when working all day with sharp tools and a moving animal. I bring my poodle there, have been for YEARS NOW and anyways have not only loved the quality of the groom but the professionalism of the staff. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

I've been going to Cyndi's Pampered Pets now for about 2 years, My Yorkiepoo and I love the the shop. The employees have always been nice, shop clean. They always do a great groom on my baby and she's always so happy to go to them. I've been to other shops and well, lets just say I wouldn't go anywhere else.

LOVE THEM!! I bring my papion to cyndis and they anyways do a wonderful job. There anyways willing to take me in short notice and get my guy out on time. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.
