Horrible experience, I came back for my second time. I got the same work done as I did the previous time. I was over charged and the owner Cindy was very unprofessional. I was trying to get an explanation as to why it was so much increase in the price for the same job, she started yelling and raising her voice after I showed her proof of my nails and my bank statement. I've been coming here for 10yrs. Never ever have I had a bad experience. Extremely reasonable prices, super friendly and the quality is 100% Perfect. The pedicures are so relaxing. Recommend this place to everyone.
Don’t listen to others who puts low stars. I love those people who did my pedicure and manicure they’re doing wonderful job!! I’ve been coming here maybe 5 years ...there’s no better place like this place.
Just got back from the hospital. I have to have part of my toenail removed. I would not recommend this place. I came back today before heading back home (champaign) and she dug more into the infected side but was kind enough to give me my money back for the pedicure.
Ask for Cindi for eyebrows or nails she does an amazing job
