My first time shopping in Cyna's was in April 2001 when I purchased a birthstone ring. Since I have watched this location expand with beautuful & unique pieces and have purchased earrings, a charm and a wedding band. I remember when it had the Expresso shop as well as the computer shop in the back near the repair window. Everyone has always greeted me with a smile & been so kind. My mother in law bought me Lumbee lime green ear rings which I love and I wore them when I got married! I love my ear rings! The ear rings have the Lumbee patch!
I absolutely love this store and so happy when my family host a party there. I’m able to get on FaceTime and shop away. Awesome customer service. Beautiful jewelry that allows me to display my heritage from miles away.
I have been to this store 3 times now. Everytime i have been, no matter who was with me, the sales associates were present, genuine, and are right there when you need want to ask a question but not over bearring to where they are tring to sale you something. The store is so organized!!! Its even easy for a person in a wheel chair to veiw the whole store comfortably! And their jewelry is so amazing!!! �
