Awesome shop, unbeatable lifetime free labor! Rick is super helpful and knowledgeable about all the bikes. Bought my first mountain bike recently and they explained everything about the bike and made me feel welcome during the process!
Took their cyclists connection academy class and it was great! Very informative and helpful when asking for help and advice for tails as well as maintenance on your bike. If you have a bike I recommend their classes for to be sure that you get your bike together correctly.
There are many opportunities for Cyclists to Connect at this shop! From group rides, events, Park Tool School, etc.... and always a great time! Damon, Mark & Rick are a riot to hang out with, never a dull moment! My son and I completed the basic and advanced Park Tool classes with them, and now I can feel rest assured that my son won't break our expensive equipment when he impulsively tinkers, and I don't need him to ride back a few miles to rescue me when I get a mechanical while trailing behind him on a ride.
