This is a great shop. I trust the mechanics and always get good advice. They genuinely want to help you get the right bike for you. I've come into the shop and picked their brains for an hour, and there is ZERO pressure to buy anything. It can take time to make a buying decision, and they get that. They are all cyclists with a lot of hands on experience, and they don't patronize you.
You will not get better customer service any where. At Cyclist Connection the customer is #1.
