As a old fat man that has not been on a bike in over45 years .Lots have changed with bikes I went to other big name bike shops to see about a bike to get in shape with some of them just blew me off or tried to get me on a near the top of the line bike I drove 50 miles to get here and Ric anwered all of my questions I ordered one of the lowest cost bikes he sold had it in a week and a half I love it.everyone has to start somewhere, down the road when I get in shape and get a better bike I will get it from Ric !!!

These guys rock..just had a tear down/rebuild... incrdible turn around...dropped it off on a saturday ready that monday. Very impressive. Great service. Reasonable prices.

Stopped in yesterday to check out some new bicycles. Ric helped us along with customer Kathy and went back tonight and made our Purchase. The Three guys who helped us again fantastic. I feel like I got the most honest group of people helping us pick out our bikes. Top notch customer service. As of our first time into the shop we felt like we've known these people forever. I only road 10 miles today after picking it up, but I love the new Giant so far, really smooth and a huge step up from my old bike. People in the store are great, thanks!
