From owners, through instructors, and including other riders this is a motivating, welcoming, and fun environment. Studio is very clean, bikes are well maintained, and free bananas pre/post ride. Great place, people, and challenging workout. Appropriate for beginning through experienced riders. First class all the way!

All the instructors are dedicated and passionate, really knows how to engage all to include the newbies. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Cycle up is clean, organized and always ready to go between classes. The music and rom temperature is spot on. Easy to book classes with a user friendly website. I drive 25 miles to attend.. Its worth it! � Cycle Up Rocks! ���

I tried my first ride in February and was pretty hesitant because I THOUGHT I wouldn't like it at all. But Cary and Joel and Heather kept me coming back for more. I realized that I love cycling and it has increased my stamina and pace when I run too. The trainers are all amazing and accessible for input and insight, I've met some great fellow riders as well. Now I'm hooked and I bring friends in whenever possible so they can bit by the CycleUp bug.
Went to Cycleup for the first time yesterday. Super friendly staff made me feel right at home. Helped me get the bike setup and made sure I was ready to go. The workout was intense, fun, and high energy. If you have never tried a spin class you need to do it. Especially at Cycleup. You will be hooked. I know I am!
