We bought our first ever Jet Ski from them. Had a few issues with the trailer being novices. The guys at Cycle Springs was very accommodating and fixed me right up.
I bought a used (barely only 5 hrs on it) Yamaha FSH 190 from someone else and the guys at this dealership bent over backwards to assist me with the sale, survey on the boat, service it and walk me through the operation and care of the boat. They also went the extra mile to get everything taken care of ASAP to get me on the road home which is over 200 miles away... It seems the people they helped got good service... I wouldn’t know since I was ignored for the twenty minutes I was there, picked out a bike and wanted to purchase... too bad they ignored me. They did enjoy speaking to each other about their kids upcoming graduation... congratulations to you. The store down the street didn’t ignore me so they got the sale.
