I purchased my 2009 Yamaha V-Star 1300 five years ago from Cycle Springs. I also purchased the extended warranty guarantee at that time. True to their word Cycle Springs refunded me the price of the warranty because I did not have a claim during the extended warranty term. I was pleased with them 5 years ago and still today I am pleased with them. They have made a customer for life.
Awesome place lo've going there. Treated like family
We purchased a 2016 Slingshot on March 28, 2017. As an aircraft mechanic, I am hesitant to buy anything "sight/unseen". I let my first choice slip thru, but Tiffany Miller kept me on the hook, and was able to steer me to another one which was even better. Could not have been happier with the whole process. The 4.5 hr drive back to West Palm Beach was done with only one quick stop for gas. It went flawlessly, arriving home just after dark (good experience too).
