My experience with their sales staff has been fine. We bought a Sea-Doo jet boat a few years ago and we were pleased with the transaction. Their service department is where I have my issue. I've had my boat worked on, my motorcycle , and my scooter. Things are not done properly the first time and workmanship is shoddy. Promises are made by the service staff and not followed through. I had a great experience at Cycle Springs! Mike Houston helped me get my new 2014 Suzuki DR650SE and I love it! It was so refreshing to have somebody educate you and help you figure out what works best for you instead of just trying to sell you something. I will definitely be going back!

Cycle spring got me in and out thanks to the help from Carlos Nemri, I rode out with my 2013 Zx6r!
I walked right into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Mike Houston. We talked about all the different bikes in the showroom and I chose the FZ-07. He was very helpful and with a bit of negotiation bought it same day. I just picked it up today and had a blast on the road. The service guys noticed some shipping damage that myself, my dad, and Mike missed and they told me they're ordering the replacement parts and should be fixing it by next week.
