Went to have handlebars put on turned out to be bigger job that we thought. But Eric took over with him and the rest of his staff they killed it. I would recommend these guys any day. 5 stars in my book. Thanks so much to everyone there. I am so happy with my new handlebars thanks guys.
My experience with Cycles and Stuff was incredibly good. They were very professional and explained what I needed for my repairs. Expectations were exceeded and I recommend these guys to anyone needing repair or trike conversion kits.
Eric and all the crew there worked hard on my bike. I had taken my bike to two different places to do my trike kit,the other two places messed it up bad!But Eric and crew got it right.Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone.
I brought these folks a bike that had some big time carb issues. My Honda Sabre 1100 had been stored in my garage for years. The ethanol fuel had made a mess of my fuel system. My fault. The mechanic called and we went over the details for the fix. I gave the go ahead and now have a great running scooter. When I get more than I expect from someone they will get my repeat business.
I went to take a look at a used bike at their shop and the guy I had to deal with was a prick. Along with sexist jokes he was rude and assumed I wasn't a serious customer because of my gender. The "salesman" I was dealing with was the bigger (fatter not muscular not trying to be rude) short/almost buzzcut blond. He was younger, probably mid 20s and honestly didn't know anything about the bike I was looking at. I ended up going to the motorcycle gallery next door and found a comparable bike.
A shop cannot make everyone happy every time, but I have not been disappointed with my experience with this shop. They have always greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, explaining repairs and costs before they are done and working with me to keep costs down. I am thankful for the whole crew and the work they have done on my Electra Glide (Apache). Keep up the good work crew!
Update!! So Jason called Tuesday on warranty. He said the rep (whose contact info i still cant get) would be in and he would call me or give me more info. Since he called i fully expect him to lie again and i was right! No call yet. Please dont do business with these folks. You will be ripped off at some point.
