Friendly and helpful employees and sales persons who are knowledgeable about the variety of products they sell. A great variety of used and new motorcycles enabluinhg the prospective buyer to become familiar with all brands in one place. The first place I look for parts and I bought a motorcycle there recently.
I was looking for a helmet to use for autocross. The associates in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was much better than anywhere else in town.
Was quoted a price of $5900 for a 2004 bike. When I went in to purchase it I was told the bike was a 2002 and the price was $6900. I was told they were going to replace the head light assembly, I have owned the bike for over a month now and they have yet to replace it. After having drove it for under a 500 miles the front brake pads were metal to metal and the rear master cylinder was empty. Overpriced, Poor customer service from sales associate. Only buy parts from them not bikes. overpriced motorcylcles. i was told by owner that an $8500 motorcycle could be reduced to $7000 after an associate told me that this is just like wal-mart and the prices are non-negotiable. After the associate found this out he said I put the store in a bad position.
