Great bike shop carrying some fantastic brands - mountain, road, cyclocross, kids, parts, accessories. They build up a new bike like real pros, and can service anything. I got an Ibis from them that was built and tuned perfectly - we're talking greased, torqued, oiled, aligned, pressurized - tire labels aligned with the valve stem, grip logos aligned, brake pads just right, and more. Thanks again to Bob and his staff at Cycles Etc.for setting me up with my 2016 Santa Cruz Bronson C. The bike is AMAZING and surpassed all my expectations!!! I wound up purchasing from the Manchester store based on convenience of location, but the Salem store staff was very helpful as well. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or servicing the one you may currently have.
Great local bike shop that will do what is needed to get you rolling. Heck, they even started carrying a new line, Ibis Cycles, to help my friend get on a new bike Mojo HD3 and also bring that great brand to more of the masses!! Went in to Cycles Etc this morning and got my girlfriend her first mountain bike. Guys at the shop were very helpful and very knowledgeable. 4 hour ride this afternoon and she's addicted. Definitely appreciate the local shop and excellent customer service.
The guys at Cycles Etc. helped me pick the perfect first bike for my three year old. The smile it puts on his face is something that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thank you guys for the great family memory!
