I recently bought a new 2021 Ibis Mojo from the Salem store. I'm a short rider, so I needed to test a couple of bikes to see if I could get a decent standover. I called the store initially just after the Mojo came out, wanting to try that and the new Santa Cruz 5010. James was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions, and called me back when he got a new Santa Cruz 5010 so I could try that one first, and then again when the Mojo arrived. Went in to the Manchester store today for a new Giant Stance mountain bike. The staff was very helpful in making sure I was picking the right bike and the right size. An making sure I had everything I needed to get riding and even recommended some trails!
bought a chain 10 minutes beforw closing came back the following morning right at opening. refused to let me get my money back even though i had reciept. will never go back thano god it was just $30
10/10 RECOMMEND CYCLES, ETC for all your biking needs! Came in to get my spouse a new bike for his birthday so we could stay sane during the stay-at-home order. The Staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful! We got him a Giant Sedona and two weeks later went back to replace my old bike that could no longer keep up. Got myself the Giant Cypress and could not be happier! Both Bicycles are SO SMOOTH on the trails & road. We will definitely be life-long customers and be back soon to install mirrors! Was skeptical about going to a new shop but they had a great selection of demos I wanted to try. They were very helpful throughout the demo process and I eventually purchased a new bike. They are great and prompt at answering questions and have been very helpful through the process. Great shop.
