I wanted to share my positive experience with the staff at Cycle Ect in Manchester. As a new comer to the mtn biking world I was a bit intimidated shopping for a new bike. I had been to other bike shops in the state but none of them compared to the genuine customer service I received at Cycle Ect. Each staff member was an expert about ANY type of bike and they each gave you 100% attention!! Our family has since purchased 2 bikes and Tim has done repairs on our boys bikes. I highly recommend Cycle Ect of Manchester, NH.
The CyclesEtc staff is friendly and good at what they do. Service is top notch and they ride bikes so THEY UNDERSTAND us! Top notch shop that cares for their customers. Go see them if you haven't already

I recently purchased a Santa Cruz mountain bike from the fine folks at Cycles Etc. and can't say enough about the level of service I received from this shop. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and made their presence known as soon as I walked through the door, but were not overbearing. I just want to say how great the service was. Hubby brought in my daughters not so high end bike and I have been to many a shop who wouldn't touch anything but theirs. They fixed a small issue in minutes and for very little $$. Nice to work with and will be there again when she is ready for her next bike!!
Seriously the BEST store I have ever visited. They are completely professional and fit me to the perfect bike for me and they have a vast array of biking needs. A+++
