Salesman Jeff did an AWESOME job with my purchase of a 2015 Kawasaki Versys. I would say he went above and beyond to be sure I would be riding home on a motorcycle. I received top notch customer service from everyone at CycleMax and that's something that's in short supply in our retail world. THANKS again to Jeff and all the folks at CycleMax for getting me back on 2 wheels!!

This place is a JOKE! It's REALLY bad when the salesman says and I quote "I should have taken you more seriously". On top of trying to be pushed into a unit we did NOT want AND waiting several days for a return phone call. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere (got the unit we wanted...with the accessories we wanted) and will NOT EVER be giving Cyclemax ANY of our business!!
