Terrible place, bought a bike and it lasted 2 weeks, took in for warranty because of a regulator and stator problem and they charge the battery for 2 days and give it back to me saying it's fixed just so it'll work till the last 6 days of the warranty were up and then they said there's nothing they can do. Unbelievable!!! Never buy from this place.
How do I buy a bike and get it serviced there but no record of mileage? Better believe if I get another one it won't be from there. Waited an hour to receive an incomplete service record for stolen bike!!

been a customer for 10 years and used to love that store but lately the service went down. It used to be that what they say was their word now it so true. I wonder if they grew to fast for they own good.

Had a great experience with the sales department, got a total run around on warranty. The inner primary bearing, stator and rotor were coming apart, and none of their mechanics found the problem. They kept the bike a week, and never even opened the primary to look for a problem. now 300 miles later, it's out of warranty, and in a real shop with an $800 bill. The warranty may be OK if your headlight burns out, but sucks if you have a real problem. Had the bike 2 months, less than 3k miles, and now it's down.
I love cyclemax! Very professional team ! And my special respect to Betty!!!
