Leading 40kms bike ride in the morning. When checking my bike this afternoon reverse in one gear very rough. Unexpectedly took my bike to this store for help. Without hesitation Michael checked and all ok. Such a relief. Thank you!!! We are so fortunate in Bayswater to have two excellent cycle stores - Cyclelink, and Cycle Fixation, the latter my usual 'go to'; closed Mondays. Both are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Support small local businesses.
I don't go anywhere else. Very competitive prices and the most generous, detailed professional advice.
Not sure what the workers name was but he was very respectful and generous, he switched over my brakes for free and I was very thankful, great bike store
