Best customer service. So genuine & enthusiastic but respectful at the same time. They let us helpe ourselves to trying on all the bike shoes and once I found the bike shoes I'm very comfortable in, I got all the help I needed with cleats, pedals etc. Gave relevant advice on bike stuff for us newbies (me 🤣) to give me to confidence on riding a bike. Very sweet. Thank you so much for your help today!
I met owner (Lynney Rademaker)of cycle link in Bayswater back in 2008 and ever since she has supplied me with most amazing service. I spoke to her to get a bike fixed up to repair to ride to work, put me onto Michael who bike mechanic n right from start understood n explained my needs and didn’t take me for an “idiot” or a weekend road warrior. Extremely fair pricing, you will only be charged for the time spent on working your bike and not full hour! Happy to share knowledge and supply you the spare parts to fit yourself. Best bike shop in the area hands down!
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly for a biking novice. They were able to show me a variety of options with different rice points. When there was a problem with my recent purchase, the staff were extremely . professional and were able to rectify the issue quickly.
