Very helpful and a pleasure to shop there
Brought my budget mountain bike in on a Saturday with a finicky front derailleur that was ruining my riding plans. Even though they don't typically do repairs on weekends, Alex went above and beyond to get me back on the trail. Had my bike running smooth as butter in just over an hour! What really impressed me was how Alex took the time to explain potential upgrades for the future without being pushy - just genuine advice from someone who clearly knows bikes inside and out. Fair pricing and fantastic customer service.
