I am still in shock from the experience today. I am a trainer of 15 years-and took two new clients for fun to try a new workout to the 5:30 class today. Obviously not fitness people, my 2 friends were brave and willing to try. My very outgoing, flamboyant friend "grunted" after one of the moves and the instructor LITERALLY flipped out and started yelling at us for "interrupting his class".
