Guess I'm a spin girly now ! I have been a member of Cyclebeat for the past 2 months and I'm obsessed ( and this is coming from someone who hated cardio). Every instructor has been super motivating and welcoming. I absolutely love the bikes they use. To be able to clearly see your gears, watts, KM, heart rate etc. really helps me stay focused on getting better each class. This isn't a dancy, singy type class... I love CBC! it is the most warm and inviting environment I have been in for a workout class. I feel like I can be my goofy self there with no judgement, and all of the instructors and staff are lovely and equally goofy. It's a safe environment for people of all activity levels! Highly recommend!
My favourite workout is at Cyclebeat! Everyone is so welcoming and I love the all the small details like how they knew me by name from my very first time, they have my shoes ready for me when I arrive and the environment is so fun and playful. I will never stop recommending it.
