As another Senior Instructor up in Connecticut, I had the chance to take fellow Senior Instructor, Alicia Barrington 7pm Wednesday night Strength class. From the moment I entered both Alicia and CBXer Emma, welcomed me and made me feel like I was back at my own Cyclebar. The place is spotless and the shower (we don’t have one of those) was such a great add on. Been with Cyclebar for a while!! Left Orange Theory for Cyclebar! Best decision ever!!! Despite my joint issues they encourage me to work to my capacity!!!
