I decided to leave CycleBar, but canceling my membership has been incredibly difficult. Now, after reading other reviews, I see a pattern—many customers are still charged even after canceling. The place could be better. I’ve seen employees sitting on the front desk counter with the same shoes they wear outside—very unhygienic. The manager is present but clearly doesn't care. First the owner said this gym is for everyone and then he said well this gym is not for everyone (Christians) then I ask him: Then What is it?
Natalia was amazing and the staff are kind and motivating.
Love this community - good vibes and great rides this is better than any gym membership!
