A great workout with great music. You get cardio and strength training, and the leaderboard really motivates you to improve every visit.

Yesterday evening was my first class. I enjoyed it very much. I love to sweat when I work out . If not I feel like I didn’t do anything. The burning sensation all over your body is amazing and the instructor I had yesterday at the 6 o’clock class she did a wonderful job. The staff that welcomes you is very friendly. They help me out a lot especially trying to get my shoe on, lol...I’m going back and I’m going to sign up next week!!!
