This is a boutique gym. They are known as the hidden gym, but in reality they are the hidden gem. Cycling community is very fun and great to be a part of. Cyclezonemiami definitely provides the environment for community. I am always greeted with smiles , and it’s intimate to get to know fellow consistent riders that is supportive or account each other. Came here for the stretch yoga class. what an amazing experience! with great explanation and a comfortable setting Libby made my 2nd class a worthwhile experience. the class had a small level of difficulty but we were given alternatives if we couldnt meet that physical standard of any movement or pose that wasnt for the group. i would recommend these classes for anyone and everyone from novice to experienced. PHENOMENAL VIBES!
