Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience with Trish! Would highly recommend this store. They helped me get my first gear and kept me very informed on all the intricacies of my new equipment. The prices are reasonable, same as online retailers, but keep in mind that their stock can be more limited.
Been coming here for about 5 years now. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, John & Peter (with the long hair) in the service department. Great proactive customer service, these guys have been awesome! That being said any department I went to they were kind, responsive, and had professional communication. To put it into perspective I've had supersport, sport bikes, sport touring, cafe/retro/naked, and cruiser motorcycles. After about 6 months of riding my bike and unable to find shop with supplies, I went to cycle world. The first day i bought a jacket and gloves which i love. Then went back two days later and bought shoes and a vest. Thank you for your service
