I have mixed feelings about this place, the sales guy Gary is a great guy no problems with him. The service department is the issue. I recently purchased a bike and the first issues was the brake fluid reservoir cap was not installed correctly and brake fluid leaked onto the paint and now there is streaks stained in the paint. I removed the reservoir cap and the screws were just finger tight and the seal was pushed down inside the reservoir fixed that issues to avoid and further paint damage. Came in few months ago before I bought my bike lady helping me buy gear helmet gloves ect was amazing Figured I’d come back in as it’s my local shop as I bought a new bike Horrible parts centre experience Guy working the counter was quite unpleasant Right off the bat had explained their pricing was not good And just left me with a bad vide Decided to look elsewhere for my future motorcycle endeavours
They’ll only value you if you have expensive motorcycles, if you have a old motorbike they won’t look after it and keep you waiting then if you call them they will tell you they forgot about it bc they have other bikes to takecare of.
Bought my Yamaha xv250 Virago from these guys. Friendly staff, good assortment of motorcycles. Shoutout to Gary for making the process smooth and pleasant. Great guy and helped me get the bike I wanted saftied, plated and ready to ride off on pickup. Had a great experience buying my bike from here.
I want to start by saying that Gary in motorcycle sales is an excellent representative of this dealership. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help throughout the purchase. The ladies at the front showroom were also pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing a used motorcycle was disappointing.
