Honest people with great service should not be as rare as it is. Thankfully the sales staff and shop have never let me down. Anyone that needs gear, a bike or repairs could go somewhere else but they should come here.
Worst service. Especially the person named Mark, doesn't know how to talk to customers and he wasn't able to tell me how long will it take to fix and wasted more than one hr. Totally disappointed and I don't recommend this store for anything.
If you guys working in the service dept don't have Time for the work people bring you maybe you should quit, plus learn how to speak to customers especially at your age. Honestly i don't believe how you survived in the business for this long but the customer service you provided me was awful. And it was not just one but multiple times.
