I was a little apprehensive of buying a bike here at first after reading some older reviews but I can say my experience was truly positive and the motorcycle I purchased had no issues whatsoever. Very happy with my XSR purchase. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process, addressing all my concerns and questions. Thank you Cycle World Team, ride safe!
No manners what so ever on how to talk to a customer. They think they are doing you a favor by selling you the motorcycle. Also as we were seeing the motorcycle the lady passed by saying I am gonna kick everyone out in a few minutes, we get that it's getting close to closing time but that's now way to talk to customers, it can be politely said.
Like to sell bikes with known issues, then deny fixing the problem!
Went for there to buy my first helmet when I get M1, Tracy and Gary is so nice with professional service, solve my problems so quickly. Thanks for their hospitality and I will be a long term customer here because their excellent service. Thank you so much and see you.
