I broght my bike in for an oil change and service and found the employes wonderful to work with. before starting to work on the bike they called me to advise of other problems. I will always bring my bike back and will tell all my friends about the service they provided GREAT JOB

I tried to do business with them, but found their pricing to be absurdly high - bordering on rip-off types of pricing. They wanted $95 to install tires if you buy from them and $145 if you bring your own - AND when you buy from them their tire price is over 50% higher than the same tire is available online, shipped to your door. Usually, when a dealer grossly inflates his resale price, they install the tires for no charge. They won't be getting any of my business. I don't trust them because of their predatory pricing.

Avoid this place – I have been racing and riding motorsports since 1969. I recently bought used snowmobiles for my wife and I. One sled would not start, I did not have time to work on it, so I took it to Cycle Tech in Loves Park, IL late winter of 2007. They called me with an estimate - piston cylinder scored-$700.00 to repair. I told them not to proceed and I would pick up the snowmobile.
