Totally unprofessional the way they react to customer issues
The owner of this business lacks integrity. Jack and I made a deal over the phone, he sent me title paperwork so I could have my credit union issue a check to Cycle Specialties. I had check in hand and we agreed to a pickup date on 10-12-18. The morning of 10-12 I fly from Houston (my home) to Atlanta, rent a car and start the 2 hour drive to Greer to meet Jack and finalize purchase. I called him a couple times and he didn't answer. I've had work done on my bike in the past from them never thought I would buy a bike from them or trade my old one in for anyting but I did it was good I felt comfortable I wasn't pressured they negotiated prices well with me I was happy in the end hell even the owner let me bring my old bike in to take the old stuff off to put on the new one in the AC I've been to other places and I was stuck outside doing that same thing they service the new bike before I left I'm happy that I chose them
