I would never buy another bike from this place. I bought a new 2017 bike with 0 miles on it. was told it never had gas put in it. well that was a lie. about to take the bike back to them for the 6th time for same problem, fuel delivery problem and the fuel pump keeps making a weird sound. all they keep doing is cleaning tbe system and not replacing the pump, like it needs to be done. it is a dealer warranty problem so no other shop will touch it under warranty with out changing me. We went there over a month ago to check out a Hammerhead 150. They were supposed to have one assembled in a day or two, and said they’d text me. I never received a reply. I sent a text asking the status, still no reply. I left a message for them on their website, still no reply. I left a second message, still no reply. If this is their level of customer service I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Excellent service. I recently bought a used motorcycle from them and salesman Chris Beam went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even called me on his day off when the store was closed to help me get the information I needed to get my I insurance started. Even days after the sale when an accessory I ordered came in, Chris took the time to help me install the part himself. The entire staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I would recommend this shop to everyone.
5 stars for sure! First time ever buying a bike. Looked around at other dealerships until I decided to inquire about a certain bike I saw on their page. Chris B helped me out tremendously, couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He was very patient and kind. Picked my bike up the other day and I am in love. If you want friendly, fast, and kind real deal people you need to shop here for your bike needs.
This is my first experience working with a dealer when buying a bike and I have to say they made it very easy and way less stressful. They helped me through out the entire process and even fixing minor issues on the used bike when I asked about it (rear tire free). Even weeks after the purchase they have checked up on me to make sure I'm still happy with the bike. great service great price. highly recommend! look out for Christopher, he'll take care of you.
