I've had nothing but great experiences here every time I've been. Recently I had my pit bike, and my WR450F completely worked over. The maintenance department was amazing, they got the bikes running like new. The sales staff is helpful and knowledgeable of all their products. I bought a generator from them last year during the floods. It came in handy again this time during Harvey. I'm considering buying a new dirtbike and I'm pretty sure I will be buying it here. Picked up my bike today just to come home and find out theres parts missing. Airbox left wide open and filter gone. Called to find out if they still had it and like every other phone call got nothing but rude remarks. " well i can deffinetely sell you another" bet you can! Ide rather pay double price for any service than deal with cycle shack again. Atleast i can guarantee all my parts will come back with the bike.
Got two bikes from these guys. 2014 grom and then traded it in for a 2016 rebel. These guys are awesome. Great customer service and busy ass to get what you need
Good for the most part except where they scratched my tank putting the gas cap on
I just left the cycle shack north and the customer service experience was horrible. Why do I have to walk to you to get information on spending my money? Drove from New Orleans to check them out and left out the door after less than 10 minutes. I was upset because my husband walked towards to the counter and was than asked if he needed help. Oh and there was no other customers in the store.
Went in with questions about my chain . Guys at the counter were great and made you feel welcome . In and out for under $30 . I am a customer for life now and would highly recommend all services����
Took my bike here back in November 2016. First off want to say the sales department are good people the problem I was having is with service. My bike was having a few problems. 2016 yamaha star, it only had 1000 miles on it. They didn't resolve any of the problems I was having with it, I get my bike back and noticed I was missing several pieces off my bike. The side tool cover rubber boot was missing and causing my tool cover to flap in wind. They used my tool kit. Noticed that they took off my helmet lock on back left fende... read more
