*UPDATE* 9/1/19 I can’t say enough how Cycle Shack went up and beyond their means to make things rite. Mike Case , their Service Manager was in constant communication with me throughout my ordeal. I really felt he was genuine with making things rite and making feel like family. If I had any doubts about this place...Mike has made me feel at home. Service Manage Mike is Awesome. He has taken very good care of my bikes.
Travis has always been great to us and the service department is awesome!
they have a good selection of ATVs and utvs. I had spoken with Travis and he's a real down to earth guy. I recommend him however I don't recommend management as I heard him make fun of my possible trade in pretty much in front of me. they lost 2 sales as of this and me recommending any of my friends that are looking as well. I walked out as I don't deal with piss poor customer service and an attitude from management. customer service is very big in my line of work and Travis was the only one that had any today.
