Cycle Real Estate is a horrible landlord. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We lived there for nearly eight years. We went nearly two years without a working oven because they declared that it would cost too much to fix. They had sent someone over to check it out and he 'accidentally' ripped out the heating coil and we waited two full months before they deigned to respond and tell us we're just shit out of luck cuz they're not spending the money to fix it. Cycle Real Estate manages my duplex units in Olympia. They are always communicative and professional in their dealings with me and the tenants, and my property manager is a breeze to work with. She truly gets the job done right the first time and I appreciate every effort she makes. A great experience all in all.

I have been managing my residential properties myself for the past couple of years and I got tired of dealing with the tenants. Cycle Real Estate is a great company and I am satisfied with the service. Would recommend! They are a great operation and do provide individual attention unlike other lager companies.

I love my realtor and the team at Cycle Real Estate. They were fabulous with finding properties in my very narrow geographical region, price range, and requirements and set up showings very quickly. My realtor was on time for every appointment. She was quick to follow up with listing agents with questions that I had about the properties. She is easy to get in touch with by phone, text, and email. She was an exceptional advocate in my renting process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After the wonderful, peaceful neighbor upstairs moved out last year, my wife and I ended up with a not so wonderful, not so peaceful neighbor. We were probably spoiled by how quiet the previous tenant was but eventually the noise got out of hand. However, Cycle has been extremely apologetic and helpful throughout this unpleasant time. Renting from a property with Cycle Real Estate has been a breeze. I really wish someone had told me about them sooner. We had a few bumps in the road at the beginning with leftover maintenance issues from previous tenants but they were remedied quickly before I even moved in. Now it’s just been smooth sailing and I wish it to continue this way. Thanks for all you do.

I struggled for a long time finding a place near Olympia. I had almost given up hope. I was frustrated, agitated, and just plain mad because everything wasn’t going my way. Thankfully I got a breath of fresh air with this management team. It’s like they took all my worries away.
