Cycle Real Estate is a horrible landlord. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We lived there for nearly eight years. We went nearly two years without a working oven because they declared that it would cost too much to fix. They had sent someone over to check it out and he 'accidentally' ripped out the heating coil and we waited two full months before they deigned to respond and tell us we're just shit out of luck cuz they're not spending the money to fix it.
