Monica and her entire team are top notch. As someone who has taken many classes at other studios, I can with confidence say you won’t find better trainers, better energy or better results than at Loco! You’re also supporting small local business when you go there. If you ever see Monica or Chalene on the schedule — book it while you can! They go fast!

Best work out ever! Ive done many spin classes and in different cities. Even a well known one in NYC. There is nothing like LOCO that I’ve ever done. Every song has different very challenging and intense moves that are done by the beat of some very current and Totally cool ,, daring ; in a good way., music. I am totally addicted to Loco Cycle. Also in a good way. It will kick your butt and you will like it! You have so much fun . Great for your spirit.
Today was my first day as well as my husbands. We had such a great workout! It was fun, challenging and a great way to start the day. Karen was a great instructor. Full of spunk and really motivating. Looking forward to my next class!
