Cycle Gear has a great selection of riding apparel and many tires in stock and ready to go. Prices are competitive with online. Dallas was extremely helpful and delivered a great customer service experience.
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Greeted me upon entering store. Good selection of products and had what I came in to buy.
Always friendly and ready to assist personnel when I come to store.
I stopped in to try on different styles and sizes of helmets with no intention to purchase anything. Received amazing customer service (from associate 10748); they were never pushy nor did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. They were genuinely interested in finding me the best product and fit. Ended up trying on about 6 helmets, and having help with jacket fitment. Walked out with my first helmet and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend Novi Cycle Gear!
