We are very surprised at the positive reviews of this store. We have had nothing but issues, and inconvenience each and every visit to this place. Each trip has required a second trip to correct the mistakes made. When the error is brought to the attention of staff, the response is always "no problem, just come back in". It is a problem. Fast install service, and great balancing. Smooth as silk at 90! Unfortunately, I had to pick tires up at Taylor location and have Novi install them. Justin at Taylor said they were back up for a couple of days.
