WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I've been coming to this store for at least a year, almost every weekend, and I've NEVER been treated like this before! I was looking for a new helmet for my cruiser and waited about 30 minutes before anyone even asked if I needed help. My girl went back to find a helmet and waited only 5 minutes...she's white and I guess because I'm not, I wasn't treated the same. Excellent group of people there and very knowledgable. The pricing was very competitive to online stores, but with the personal service you really need. After being shown a bunch of gear at the dealer where I purchased my first bike, I wasn't sure the dealer was showing me the right equipment for me. Today, I went in to the store with my wife and after some troubleshooting, Jenni offered to exchange the helmet or use the credit from it and upgrade to a better one.
