I know all Cycle Gear stores are different and this probably doesn’t apply to all, but this specific store is trash. Soooo we are with hundreds of racers in the paddock at ACC. One of our licensed racer buddies crashes on an oil slick from a previous crash. Thankfully, he was good and due to the community at the track, got spare parts and the bike back together. Here is where Cycle Gear Tinley comes in to ruin an otherwise great day. Great customer service and warranty on some of the items they sell. I have a pair of Sedici boots that were coming apart in the front seam area and they replaced with a new pair no questions asked. They even went in the system and printed the receipt from the register. Thank you Cycle Gear.
Every time we have been in Cycle Gear Jeff, has been knowledgable, whether it’s helmets, boots, gloves, or different jackets for the different seasons, or weather that we might run into during our rides He has also been very knowledgeable about the different communication mesh networks before we decided on the Cardo network for our group. Came in to have my Sena 50S installed by one of the staff members. I purchased the comm system from Revzilla and received a email letting me know that cycle gear does the installation at no charge. 👍😊 I went to the Azusa branch and they immediately took care of my helmet. The also made sure I was satisfied with the completed works and also said should I have any problems or needed to adjustments that I could stop back in and it would be no problem. 🤓
