I love this store they have awesome customer service everytime I walk in they always have the things I need for my basic motorcycle maintenance needs and they are very helpful when it comes to helmet selection and sizing.I will always be coming back here! 😁👍

So my review from the debacle last weekend was deleted by Cycle Gear, after they commented that they do not agree with the way the store handled a major screw up. Thanks Cycle Gear, it gives me an opportunity to update the review. Since posting that the Tinley Park location ripped off a local racer, accusing him of swapping helmets because they sold him an XL in a L box (within hours of selling it to him), cycle gear commented that isn’t the way they conduct business and would take care of it. Don't go here!!!! ripped off a guy in our paddock big time yesterday after he wrecked and just went to grab a new helmet to ride. gave HIM the wrong size helmet in a box...then he brought it back when he realized the wrong size - mislabeled on the box AND visor...within like 2 hours of purchase....and they tried to claim he swapped out helmets and wouldn't return it.
