As someone just starting to get into motorcycles, I was looking for a good place to get gear that would be willing to help me get situated. I had honestly written Cycle Gear off after my time at the Plano store. They refused to return a product that was days old, unused, and clearly within the return policy. These guys at Lewisville gladly helped with the situation and were extremely helpful when it came to helping with remaining product I needed to purchase. Lewisville brought me back, I'll gladly make the trek from Allen to Lewisville for all my future needs.
Picked up some road gear today. Great guys and great shop! Go see them for anything you need.
I went there for a new helmet. After looking at a few models myself I was approached by a knowledgeable sales associate. After listening to my budget, needs and the kind of helmet I wanted he recommended a couple of helmets for me. The first recommended helmet I tried on, I loved it...perfect fit. Went there a second time for a battery tender and had the same good experience.
