This store...hands down the best motorcycle gear store I've stepped foot in. Kyle, Michael, and Eric have always been very helpful to me. Kyle has always been chipper and super helpful when I go in there, he knows I'm coming in to buy something! I always go there for something specific but I always walk out with extra thanks to the great deals around the store. Now enough about the employees... lets talk about the store. Hands down the best Cycle Gear store out there. Kyle and company run a great store and there's no other place I'd rather go to get gear or parts than Cycle Gear. Keep it up guys!
Took my rim to get a tire mounted one of the employees there named Kyle was a total prick when I asked him about the valve stem charge. Had a ride tone to his voice like I was a big pain in his ass. Was told they would call me when it was done, I had to call to find out it was done. On top of all that my rim was even more scratched than when I took it in (prior scratches from another shop that failed at mounting the tire). I had a great experience, the manager showed me new products, and told me about a new location coming soon closer to where I live.
Just want to say thanks to Mike and Dave for the help. I had a few questions they were of great help then Dave for explaining the use of the bike stands. I have been riding for about 12+ years and crossed over to the sport world and loving it. So thanks to my lovely wife for getting me some riding gear and bike stands cause I love working on my bikes. I'm sure we will be returning every time we visit Austin Texas.
